This is all done seamlessly in the cloud, eliminating paper and all of the wasted time associated with tracking paper forms. The system can also be configured to automatically remind recipients to sign via email. Security is always a concern when collecting confidential information. That is why all documents are encrypted at rest and a complete audit trail is maintained for each form. Access to particular forms can also be restricted by using categories and security settings within the application. Since Google Docs or Microsoft Word Documents are used as templates, generating a great–looking, fully-functional form is never a problem.
